1. Is it safe to book and pay with my credit card on your website?

We do not charge extra for using your credit card.

2. Do you take me home, to my office or to my hotel in Budapest?


YES! Our company provides door to door transfer; it means that we take you to your hotel or any address from the airport and we take you from your hotel or any address to the airport.


3. CDo you provide service at both on Ferihegy 1 and Ferihegy 2 Airports?


YES! Our company provides airport transfers at both airports. You do not need to indicate at which airport you arrive - we will know it from your flight number.


4. Should I contact you to find out if you are available for my flight?


Not necessary. We are always available thanks to our fleet of more than 40 passenger cars and minibuses.


5. When should I book?


Please book your transfer until 18:00 the day before your trip. It means that if you need a transfer on Wednesday, you should book it until 18:00 on Tuesday.


6. When do you pick me up in my hotel in Budapest?

We pick you up in front of your door exactly 3 hours before the departure time of your outbound flight. Some occasions resulting traffic jam may cause an earlier pick-up time.


7. Where is the meeting point at Charleroi Airport?

Our drivers wait inside the airport at the arrival hall holding a board with your name on it.


8. Do you offer discounted rates for babies and children?


charleroitransfer.com charges the same rate for all occupied seats. charleroitransfer.com vehicles are not equipped with child seats or child restraints.


9. How do I know that my reservation is confirmed?

Your reservation is confirmed automatically. Right after the payment  through our secured system you can print your voucher, that is the document for your transfer. We also send the voucher via e-mail, but to be on the safe side we advise you to print your voucher after the succesful transaction.


10. How long does the journey take between Budapest and the airport?

The trip takes approximately 30 minutes.


11. Delay of flight


If your flight is delayed, your driver will wait for you anyway.
